Almost a decade in construction business, Mathoor Associates is carving it's niche in house construction arena of Central travancore of Kerala state. Located in Karukachal of Kottayam district, a team of 40 members comprising of Designers, Supervisors and Skilled workers are engaged realizing home making dreams of our esteemed clients, inside and around Kottayam. We undertake house construction works from designing from handing over the key after completing construction. New constructions, Extensions and refurbishing..! we will be there for you.

Recognized and approved by Ministry of Urban Affairs, Kerala Government, we are authorized to prepare designs and seek approvals from Panchayats and Municipalities of Kerala state.

Our organization is built-up on expertise and vision of Manju Mathoor who was a successful Civil Engineer in many Construction organizations in the Gulf, including USACE (United States Army Corpse of Engineers).
